Kristen in the Wall store was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She is very knowledgeable and very quickly got a feel for my style and budget. She sent several options in each category and we quickly formulated the list. Delivery, pricing and customer service were exceptional. We just redid our kitchen with new appliances…all purchased from Top Line. Thanks to the suggestions from John Cuccolo and his expert salesmanship and service my kitchen is up-to-date and beautiful. John worked well with Rob at BKC Kitchens and everything was delivered on time making the experience hassle free. I especially love my GE Cafe gas range with its optional convection oven. My purchase also included a Subzero over-and-under refrigerator, a GE Profile microwave and Miele dishwasher.

Had a great experience with top line. Worked with John Cuccolo out of the Westfield branch. They did all the appliances for my new house. The purchase and installation process was very smooth and easy.

What sets them apart though is the customer service. I had to get an item replaced and john and his team really took care of the situation with no trouble at all. Conversely, a few years back, I ordered a dishwasher from Karl’s that came damaged and it was an extremely difficult process to get a replacement. I will definitely work with top line again and would highly recommend them.

Top Line was recommended to us by good friends who had just renovated their kitchen and we purchased our range, hood, fridge and dishwasher from them and got good deals on the appliances during a holiday sale they were having. From the moment we walked into their showroom they were head and shoulders above other showrooms we had visited. They had movies and snacks for our kids so my husband and I could focus on shopping. As designers and home owners, we were very pleased to work with Top Line for our kitchen renovation project. Their showroom and product selection were part of the positive experience, but what set them apart from the other distributors was their people. Our rep and Kitchen Specialist, John Cuccolo, made sure that our project ended as a success. Initially, we had problems with the manufacturing of one of the appliances we purchased, but John and the team stood by us and made it right. John’s customer service went beyond the value of what we purchased. We have recommended them to friends, and they are just as pleased (their kitchen is being finished soon). We recently completed a full kitchen renovation, all the way down to the studs. We replaced all of the major appliances as part of the project. John Cuccolo at Topline was our Sales Representative and we had a great experience with him and with the company. Sub Zero’s New Generation Integrated Hinge System

With the constant evolution of design, Sub-Zero has consistently executed to meet the needs of designers and customers alike and will be doing so once again with its “New Generation” Integrated Hinge System.

The new generation integrated hinging system can be found on all full-size Sub-Zero Integrated products: Columns, talls, and NGI wine storage units.

The new generation hinging system provides the ideal combination of customer convenience and design flexibility.  While still maintaining a 1/8″ reveal, the hinging system allows easy access into the unit without the worry of damaging adjacent cabinetry or appliances.

BENEFITS:

Owners will appreciate the soft opening and soft closing that the new hinging system provides, so bottles and condiments stored in the door don’t “shake, rattle and roll.”

Past 60°, the door stays open, making it easier than ever to unload groceries. And with a maximum door swing of 105°, the unit is always easy to access.

The new generation hinging system also provides greater design flexibility, since it can accommodate multiple installation options such as handle-to-handle, handle-to-hinge, and hinge-to-hinge without the use of a partition. Because of this flexibility, the applications in which NGI product can be installed are endless.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The doors do not go beyond the width of the unit.  When you open the door, the hinge first swings forward, then swings open – but the door stays within the width of the unit and does not intrude into adjacent cabinetry or other integrated appliances.
