Subject: The Extraordinary Service We Experienced Today
The two service technicians that were at our house yesterday were expert at what they did (this was the fourth service call on our new refrigerator), they worked quickly and efficiently, answered all our questions, were personable, repaired the problem with the doors and found an additional problem: a pinched waterline behind the refrigerator and repaired this as well so we could avoid a later leak.
We are beyond grateful to them for finding the answers that eluded others. If we have any future need of service, please send the team that was here today.
